The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants securely use external tools and data. RelayMCP exposes your WhatsApp Business account as a set of MCP tools, so any MCP-compatible assistant can read, search and send messages with the permissions you set.
RelayMCP uses only Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We never automate WhatsApp Web or the consumer app. You still need to follow Meta's Business and Commerce policies, such as opt-in and template rules, and RelayMCP helps you stay within them.

Yes, if it's eligible for the Cloud API. A number currently in use on the WhatsApp Business app may need to be migrated or used in coexistence mode where Meta supports it. Meta's Embedded Signup walks you through it, and our team can help.

Meta charges per message or conversation depending on category (marketing, utility, authentication, service). We pass these through at cost with no markup, shown separately on your invoice.
