Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to RelayMCP subscriptions sold by Excelus Foodbev Pvt Ltd (RelayMCP is a product and brand of Excelus Foodbev Pvt Ltd). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Pricing and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.

Free pilot

The private pilot is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

14-day free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and is billed monthly in advance.

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel anytime, from your account settings or by emailing tushar@excelus.in from your registered email address.
• To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
• After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• First paid charge, 7-day guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge (the first charge after your free trial), we will refund that charge in full and cancel your subscription.
• Partial months: apart from the 7-day guarantee, we do not refund partial months or unused time after a renewal, except where the law requires it.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges: if you are charged twice or charged in error, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
• Termination for misuse: if we terminate an account for breaching our acceptable use rules (for example bulk messaging or spam), we may not refund the current period, except where the law requires it.

Email tushar@excelus.in or call +91 22 3154 0656 with your registered email address, the date of the charge and the transaction or invoice reference.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit on your statement. Where GST was charged, we will issue a credit note.
