RelayMCP is an online software service provided by Excelus Foodbev Pvt Ltd (RelayMCP is a product and brand of Excelus Foodbev Pvt Ltd).
No physical shipping
RelayMCP is a digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
Delivery of the service
- Access is delivered electronically. When your free trial starts or your payment succeeds, your plan is activated immediately in your RelayMCP account, and a confirmation and GST invoice are sent to your registered email address.
- You then link your WhatsApp and connect your AI tool from your account. No download or physical delivery is needed.
- Pilot access is by invitation. When your pilot spot is confirmed, we send the access details by email.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at tushar@excelus.in or +91 22 3154 0656 and we will fix it or refund you in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
